Ahmet SANCAK is a graduate of City University of London Management Sciences. After working at Saya Holding and Pharmactive Pharmaceuticals for a while after his graduation, he continued his career as Assistant General Manager at Volt Reduktor as of 2020. As of 2022, he was appointed as the General Manager of Volt Electric Motors.

Elçin BAŞARKANOĞLU

Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Group Manager

Elçin Başarkanoğlu has been working as Human Resources Manager in Volt since 2 October 2017. Before Volt, she worked in human resources department in retail, drug distribution, fmcg, rent-a-car and insurance sectors and has been working in managerial roles since 2008. Elçin Başarkanoğlu graduated from Ege University Department of Economics.

Gökhan YAKAN

Production and Technology Group Manager

Gökhan Yakan started to work as a Production Specialist in Volt in October 2015 and was appointed as Production Manager in 2017. Before Volt, he worked as a medium and high level manager in companies operating in the energy distribution sector, where transformers etc. were produced. Yakan has a bachelor’s degree from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration and a master’s degree from Ege University, Faculty of Social Sciences.

Bilal ŞEREFHANOĞLU

Quality Assurance Manager

Bilal Şerefhanoğlu has been working as the Quality Assurance Manager at Volt since November 2018. He completed his undergraduate education in Pamukkale University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2011, and received a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Izmir University of Economics in 2016. Prior to his current position, he has 2 years of Production Expertise in Volt, 4 years of R&D Expertise and Project Leadership. He continued his product management duties for 2 years.
